Life Share (previously Home Share) offers an alternative to the adults we support who find it difficult or lonely to live on their own.
Life Share offers a safe and healthy home for people who live with a developmental disability. Interested families undergo a thorough screening and intake process and then are matched with Life Sharers who have similar interests. With the support and guidance of Life Share staff, Providers encourage the people living in their home to take part in their family and community life as a member of the family.
