He quickly realized his love for the field and took on a midnight position a year later, followed by an assistant position the year after that. Tim’s career in human services began in the early 90s when he worked for the Boys and Girls Club of Kelowna and fell in love with the job – a summer recreation programs for people with special needs. Ashley has been with Community Living for 15 years, starting part-time while taking the Social Service Worker program at Fleming College. Prior to being hired as Community Living staff, Ashley had high school placement in the day program on Sherbrooke Street for two years.
